All women are born with passions and dreams. Some of us are born to care for others as nurses, doctors and healers. Others are born to be leaders and fight for human rights. Some of us are born to use emotion to create art that speaks to the human condition. Among all of these deep passions in us, there is a common trait – the imagination. Without this wondrously unpredictable imagination, I’m afraid we would all be stuck in mundane world. I admire all woman who rise above the norms of society and follow their heart. That’s exactly what I did.

Recently, I was asked to share my experience in the December Issue of The Woman Today Magazine. Duluth/Superior’s, Twin Ports leading magazine for women’s interests and issues. In the article, I explain how I took the leap from Duluth, Minnesota to Los Angeles, California to follow my dream of breaking into the film industry. It was an honor to be recognized for my work and to share some of my story. Hopefully, I inspire other women to follow their heart and go after their dreams too, no matter the circumstances. Read the entire article here: The Woman Today.
